Ed Kuszmar from Novus Home Mortgage, Matthews, NC.  I am licensed in both North and South Carolina.  I am committed to providing a stress free custom built financing experience for every family I serve.  I have been in the Mortgage industry since 2001.  Fairway Independent Mortgage offers Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and down payment assistance financing options.    

I am a graduate of UNC Wilmington with an Economics degree, and have spent time working in Banking and Mortgage before coming to Novus. I currently live in the Ballantyne area with my wife and two children.
