Originally from France, Lu started her career as a teacher, then transitioned into HR and became the head of HR for a healthcare company. Over time, Lu transitioned into leadership coaching, improving team performance, and how to lead high-performing teams. Lu came at a crossroad in her life 4 years ago from a personal and professional standpoint and started her coaching business – driven by her passion for personal development as it had such an impact in her personal life. Today, she coaches entrepreneurs and helps them grow their business while improving their personal lives. 

Having made the leap from corporate to entrepreneurship, Lu understands firsthand the challenges solopreneurs and small business owners face— from feeling stuck, to struggling to grow their business or get new clients, self-doubt, hustling, or feeling uncomfortable selling.
