Rob started his career in the advertising agency business on Madison Ave., in NYC the day after he graduated from Pace University Lubin School of Business. He worked for such iconic ad agencies as Benton & Bowles, BBDO and Wells, Rich & Greene.  He began as a media buyer and worked his way up to account management becoming one of the youngest VP's on Mad Ave.  He had the privilege of managing such accounts as Procter & Gamble, Nikon Cameras, Westinghouse, Air Jamaica, TWA, Estee Lauder, Midas Mufflers, Panasonic, Swissair and many others. Following 14 years in the advertising agency business he transitioned into national media sales and sales management for CBS & Clear Channel. His next career move was to open up the NYC office of the Wilkins Media Company, which is the largest independent media buying and planning service for non-traditional media in the U.S. He rose to Executive VP and Managing Director.

13 years ago Rob & his wife moved to Charlotte from NYC.  His wife Rochelle is a professional public speaking coach. They have two daughters. Gen is a special education teacher in Harrison, NY and Adria is a banking recruitment officer in Hartford, CT.
