Blake Sherman is an HCM Account Executive with Paylocity, with over 4 years of industry experience. At Paylocity, Blake specializes in supporting small businesses with their HR and Payroll Software needs. Paylocity differentiates itself through its' dedicated service model and in-house technology.

Blake studied at the Darla Moore School of Business, at the University of South Carolina, majoring in Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship. Upon graduating in 2021, Blake started his career in the payroll software space as an Outside Sales Representative at Paycom, making the move to Paylocity in 2023.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys anything and everything to do with sports. He coaches after-school classes for the First Tee, and spends the rest of his time working on improving his own golf game. Blake is a native North Carolinian and lives in Charlotte, NC.
