I’m a IBM retiree with a computer science degree and a business degree with certificates in project management and real estate. I specialized in developing “just in time” inventory management systems to achieve 30-40 inventory turns per year.

I became interested in home construction 30 yrs ago and have built 3 homes for myself and numerous remodels. After retirement from IBM I purchased a flooring business in 2016 from a family friend. I quickly doubled the revenue and have now tripled the revenue since my purshase.

As of 2020 I hired my youngest son (Logan) who at some point will take over the business. Our focus is on quality, cost and delivery.

We do all types of flooring, carpet, tile, LVP, LVT, hardwood and refinishing of hardwood. We recently brought on a crew to do epoxy flooring.

We do both residential (new & remodels) and commercial. We specialize in restaurants, churches, daycares and offices.

No job is too big as we have the resources to take on major projects. Our primary areas are NC and SC. We are based out of Kannapolis.
